IRON

Iron Horse Project

Metamining recently secured acquisition for an iron ore mine property located in Northwest Nevada near the town of Lovelock, NV.

The property is comprised of over 5,000 acres. The iron deposit is of the magnetite-type and has reserves of approximately 1000 million tons. The mining operation will be open-pit which will be supported by utility-based electricity and water accessibility that is included as part of the mining rights agreement. There is rail transportation access within 20 miles where railcars will be loaded for transportation to U.S. West Coast ports in California and Oregon.

Metamining is preparing a preliminary power requirements plan and is working with the major utility in the area, Nevada Energy to provide sufficient power to support the extensive mining operation envisioned for the mine.

Metamining is beginning the process to secure the necessary regulatory and operating permits by working with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection.
